This is absolutly the worst experience I have ever had. Larry Haynes and Kelley (she won't release her last name) have cheated me out of $120. I have been trying to collect my refund for 6 months and just keep getting dodged. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Dear consumer,
Been there done that!!!!!. Paperwork is VERY important. Deal with them in writing ONLY and put the # of the certified letter you send them on the letter its self.
File an online complaint with BBB & Attorney General's Office/ you will get there undivided attention.

I have contacted the BBB, the AG's Office, Angie's list and the IRS. The IRS is involved because the write reciepts that are not numbered or have a preprinted invoice. The check was made out to Larry haynes and he cashed the check at our bank....not his. I should have his attention!

I wish I would have seen the complaints on this guy before using him. I had him come out and look at my dryer and was told that it needed a new motor. Paid the full bill ($260) upfront on 3/15 and have not seen him since!

Don't believe his fancy big ad in the yellowbook or the nice webpage he has. TOTAL SHAM.

I did finally have a repair person come in and he was professional, nice, and did the work quickly.
HOWEVER, even with the fix my drier is still not working.
I do consider this matter closed. I'm just grateful that he did get the work completed that I paid for.
Do I recommend them? From my experience, like stated earlier. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
I had problems contacting them, and having to wait almost two weeks for my issue to be resolved.
He also left my drier apart. During this timeperiod.
Please consider this before using.

I wish I had looked him up on the internet before I called but it was an emergency situation. I paid $383 for a part that was not delivered and he will not return my call. If I don't hear from him in the next 24 hours I'm filing a police report and calling the BBB and the attorney general. Has anyone had any resolution with this guy?

No resolution at all.

The BBB couldn't find him at the address he gives so they could serve the papers. The AG's Office said the same thing. He's slammed a few times on Angie's List and in their "penalty box" for screwing so many people. This Larry Haynes is just rotton!

They both a career criminals and convicted felons!!!!! Both currently have warrants for their arrest for the exact same situation. If you see them, simply call the police! Her name is Kelly Malicoat(for the previous post).

My husband called them from the Yellow Page add and they took $175 deposit. Kelly Malicoat signed and cashed the check made out to Larry Haynes as soon as they left here earlier this week. When they didn't show up to fix my washer today I looked them up on BBB and then called the police. I'm making every effort to put these people behind bars!!!

i have nothing to do with your appliance repairs i only answer the phones! most of you people have recieved full refunds after cancelling your repairs! nobody has been robbed here this is a business transaction between you and the repair company ! leave me out of this you people are running my name into the ground for something that does not involve me! i think this is terrible you can get online and lie like this i will be contacting an attorney to see if this against the law! i am a mother of three and a hard worker i have nothing to do with your repairs! keep my name out of this!

In response to Kelly's comment - I suggest you DO get an attorney, you cashed a check I wrote - without providing the service or product which was purchased that would be considered fraud. Appears from the other comments that this was not the first time you cashed a check for this company for which you "only answer the phones"..... I'll see you in court. We have your name, & the bank at which you cashed the check. We may be naive in trusting you & Larry - but we aren't stupid.

My husband and I are the latest victims of these scammers. Currently we are waiting for a refund. Our plan is to contact the authorities (AG, IPD, Marion County prosecutor's office) if we do not receive it. As Yogi Berra famously said, "It ain't over 'til it's over".

i have had these people out to my home to repair two appliances! i have never had a problem with them! when i saw this on here i was shocked i think they are great and my appliances are still working fine!

I have to say i also have had this company out and they fixed my stove and did a great job. They where very kind and saved me alot of money. I think this is one of those things where you just can't please everyone! I hope everything works out for all of you!

the gentlman that was at my house yesterday explained that this company is under new management and alot of things have changed and alot more things are going to change so dont let these coments discorage you from useing this company they are good people

I own the shop at the address that was posted in the phone book in Cinti. I can tell you its not an appliance repair shop. After having numerous irate people, who were scammed by Larry and Lisa, show up at my place of business I called the police. Larry and Lisa were arrested in Cinti. on Saturday. I hope that gives all who were taken a little bit of satisfaction. Anyone who was taken advantage of can call the Cincinnati Police
