Yes we are hurting the poor. They need these big entryways to look at. They need big hallways were 5 people could walk side by side and not be able to touch the wall. We need big private rooms for them.
In fact we need all hospitals to look like this because it is beautiful place to be in. Don't worry our health care dollars will pay for it.

I think I shared this before. For the past ten years my medical bills were more than I make. Certainly more than I paid in insurance payments.[and I made a middle class wage of a college grad].

I know of many, who have worked all their life, paid SS, and their taxes, but they draw much more than they ever contribute even if you figure in compounded interest.

Then these jokers, pee baggers, and tea baggers get on here and want to stop health care for the poor. The complainers are idiots. They are as much a part of getting welfare as the poor. Very few pay their fair share.

All medical treatment is subsidized by our taxes. Obama should nationalize all health care, insurance, whatever it takes. Then charge a fair tax and provide medicare for all. It would be a much better system and the truly rich could still buy their special treatment.

Medicare is the envy of the world in provider thoughtful care and treatment of the masses while stating under budget. We need this now. All the insurance companies are nothing more than Las Vegas mob. They just want to extract a profit no matter what it costs the country or individual.

You pee baggers should think about this because you try to stomp poor people.

yep National health care is a joke. It's great if you want to wait a year to see a specialist. Get in line for that operation that you have to have, when they get around to you that is. Just take a look at England health care system.
Don't forget to call 111 before you leave home

That's an absolute lie. You should be ashamed of yourself for spreading such falsehoods. Have you ever spoken to a real live person from England or Canada? They would not give up their nationalized healthcare if given the choice. Even the ruthless dictators of South American countries have not and will not disrupt the national healthcare systems in their countries. It works.

You are truly a liar and totally ignorant. Your post should serve to epitomize the non-working mind of the average American simpleton with an extreme sense of entitlement.

That is a lie or you have uric acid poisoning. You cant win your point with the truth, so you lie.

So you say that you have really paid for all your health care?

I think not. You live by the grace of God, our community, and your country. If they expected you to pay up front and completely before your medical care, you would have been dead long ago.

Why to you delude yourself and tell lies that surely God will judge you on?

You are exactly right. He is probably an okay guy, but his type of delusions and fantasies hurt this country. He should put of his crazy thoughts in a time capsule to be opened in 100 years. When it is open, it may make the national news on how ridiculous some of the tea baggers are. They are believing you should get something for nothing and pretended you have paid for it all. He will be a heartless laughing stock when we have national health care.

I am sure you guys can read.

In the late Nineties, NHS Direct was set up to deliver 24-hour medical advice on the phone by nurses and others, because people found it increasingly difficult to get to see a GP. Its successor service, NHS 111, which started last April was supposed to be more efficient and better connected to the rest of the health system.
From the start, however, this was bedevilled by problems.

In March, the British Medical Association called for it to be delayed, saying it was badly worked out, confused and would put patients at risk.

Now why in a great nations that has healthcare would people have trouble seeing their G.P.

Like most developed countries, Britain ranks above the U.S. in most health measurements. Its citizens have a longer life expectancy and lower infant mortality, and the country has more acute-care hospital beds per capita and fewer deaths related to surgical or medical mishaps. Britain achieves these results while spending proportionally less on health care than the U.S. about $2,500 per person in Britain, compared with $6,000 in the U.S. For these reasons, the World Health Organization (WHO) ranked Britain 18th in a global league table of health-care systems (the U.S. was ranked 37th). However, there are measures by which the U.S. outperforms Britain: for instance, the U.S. has lower cancer mortality rates.

The Commonwealth Fund survey consistently ranks the NHS highly on a range of measures looking at how health systems deal with people with chronic and serious illness.

It finds people in Britain have among the fastest access to GPs, the best co-ordinated care, and suffer from the among the fewest medical errors, of 11 high income countries surveyed.

The countries examined were: the UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Britain and Switzerland were consistently among the best performers, found the analysis of answers from over 18,000 adults with chronic and serious illness.
