Regulators penalize Citizens Energy for high executive salaries
Indiana regulators today said top executives at Citizens Energy are overpaid, and reduced the amount the company can raise rates on hundreds of thousands of water customers because of it.

I worked for this company for several years. It was always suspicious to me that a not for profit publicly owned charitable trust could pay so many executives the outrageous salaries and bonuses that it did.The board of Citizens Energy has had desires of owning as many utilities as it can for years. Look at the sale of several divisions of Citizens Gas so capitol could be gained to put them into position to buy,buy,buy. For a not for profit company they sure do profit heavily from it!
