Bye, bye Sampson.

And anyone who thinks IU would bring back Bobby Knight, or that he'd even come back, is living a dream.

If your going to cheat at least have the best team in Indiana. Its sad he has brought this to an university with a high reputation when it comes to recruting violations.

My family has been watching and supporting IU for years, back into the 60's. THIS IS NOT GOOD!!!
IU....please, please, please, let him go NOW!!! This is embarassing and shows what you have hired. Educators NEED to have the higher moral ground, Sampson has lost his, if not completely, completely is just around the corner.

Indiana Universities board of trustees wrote me about my concerns at the time of coach Sampson's hiring and told me that he would be held to a high ethical standard. So, does the board of trustees lie like coach Sampson?

Better win it all this year because it could be sanctions and bye bye Kelvin next year. Maybe Bob Knight is positioning himself to return. (That's a joke.)

This should result in termination, right? Apply real-world logic here and realize what would happen to any of us at "normal" jobs in the same situation. Too bad, but it SHOULD happen.

Maybe Bobby's stepping down at Texas Tech was to set up his return to Bloomington!:)

Next year, no Gordon, White and Sampson. Also Bobby is unemployed. The perfect storm for IU.

It's worse to lie about something that you did than the actual act. Ask Scooter Libby. Oh, and ask Roger Clemens in a couple of hours.

if this is true, game over. NCAA and the IU admin is going to be so pissed, IU better self assess some serious punishment if they want to get out from under this anytime soon.

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Aries

Keep a firm grip on your money today to avoid anyone else getting their mitts on it. If you're out in public you should keep your wallet or bag clamped to your side, just in case it goes walkabout. You should also make sure you check any bills and invoices that you're given, in case they contain a mistake. It's a day when errors and deceptions are highly likely.
