That's right. Our Mayor wants to move the pan handles downtown to your neighborhood.
Ballard’s proposal would create a “No Solicitation Zone” covering the Mile Square (bordered by North, South, East and West streets) and around Lucas Oil Stadium and Victory Field. That would bar not only verbal requests for money but also passive solicitations, including cup shaking and sign holding, at all hours. www.IndyStar.com

Another Mayor who only sees the great mile square of downtown.
