An infected health care worker left Saudi Arabia for London, flew to Chicago, and took a bus into Indiana where he ended up in an emergency room. The other passengers on that bus are now considered carriers and extremely infectious. The Indiana hospital treating the MERS patient has not been publicly disclosed as of yet.

I will come back later when I can vote for another option. If we could not have kept it in Saudi Arabia, at least it could have stayed in Chi town.
