D. Bristol Palin's song Tripp was born December 27, 2008. Bristol and daddy Levi Johnston were married,... er,... well, not so much.

See, a joke that's supposed to be funny because it points out some irony or cleverly observed incongruity or inequity has its point considerably dulled when there ISN'T any.

Palin opened herself and her daughter up to public opinion when she was campaigning. She spoke as if she were proud of her daughter's pregnancy, not just accepting of it. Some people have managed to be accepting their own children without giving the impression that children having children is the way to go.

Dave made his mistake by naming the wrong daughter in his joke. And, while Dave and his lady love of of many years were not married when their son was born, they were certainly adults.

Hey, Obama said "leave families out of it" and no one jokes about his family. Palin and her family get attacked all the time. It's about as funny as

"Hey, I hear Ludcris tag teamed Sasha and Malia"

Since 50% of marraiges end in divorce, does that make ALL of them poor role models and hypocrites?

Why is it that people pick and choose what they want to pick on ..... much better than these children be aborted because their parents were not married ... unless you have no children, have never been married, then you have no room to talk but then again others smoke, dink, do drugs, drive fast, curse, unfaithful and on and on but they are still good role models .... hypocrites typing behind a screen name ... each and every one
