Cant get your electric on after 6 months. IPL guy laid off since he wasnt at the house every other day disconnecting/re-connecting service. I'll gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today. Tuesday comes, no money. IPL needs to cut these people off sooner. 10 day grace period. That's it.
