Seems like the housing market has really recovered. Frustrating when you watch someone go through foreclosure/pre foreclosure multiple times/short sales and turn right around and watch them refinance or buy again. Houses are selling in less than a week when nothing is wrong with the place. It’s crazy.

Dont be fooled by all oif this renovating of older neighborhoods m They are pricing some of the homes they tear down or just rhab as much as $300K in Fountain Square and the west side lol.
They began not long after the huge bailout after the housing crisis in 2008 to continue to handout loans to people who can't afford them , soon you will see a big housing bubble bust again like in 2008.

How are these people getting loans! Some of them have judgements, owe back taxes and massive student loans.
