The best change to small claims court would be to move it to the internet. Instead of taking time off work to go to court, you should be able to file your claim via the internet, and have the defendant respond via the internet, and the judge decide and issue a decree via the internet. Why should anyone have to take a day off work to argue about something too small to be worth it? That defeats the whole purpose of small claims.

Theft of goods and services. Every company/person/landlord has every right to see you in person and get answers on when they can expect to receive payment.

People are such thieves.

There's no arguing or having the judge decide anything if he's always ruling in favor of the attorney. Judges and attorney's have some under the table passing of some funds cause if you read channel 13 investigates, judge in decatur township was still awarding attorney fee's for paid off judgements.
