maybe the team of bisario and ballardo and the fop will tell him how to try to get out of charges, and give hm legal monies, and overlook all of his shortcomngs made larger by drinking. then when he fnaly kills an innocent, the team will go on to help someone else.. such is life in the big city.

I am a convicted drunk driver. I was charged and convicted of OWI with endangerment in 05. My passenger and friend was almost killed when I crashed. I was told at the time to get a good attorney and he would play the system which was easy in Indiana. Well, $4300 later, I was given a 30day suspension and had to attend 3 survivor classes. I was told that if my friend would have died, the sentence would be similar but a longer suspension. At the time, I was glad that I got off so light but I've learned that this is normal. Bottom line is that I could have killed a friend and all for saving a taxi fare. I drive sober now.

Chris its great that you drive sober now but I think the majority, at least from what I read online feel differently. I moved here 3 years ago from the eastcoast and consistently hear hoosiers demand higher penaltys for cops than the average drunk driver. I would agree that they should lose there job in addition to the court penalties but to expect them to be punished when Indiana clearly has an "its acceptable" practice of revolving door justice with drunks is hypocritical at best. I was told by an attorney friend from New York that Indiana is known for having one of the best business climates for attorney profits. I can see why. In those commercials about getting touch on drunk drivers, you only see the cops vs the drunks, you never see the court employees do you? Hmmmmmmm
