Rape victim acts to change statute of limitations
A Hancock County sexual assault victim has started an online petition aimed at lengthening Indiana's statute of limitations on rape to "at least 20 years" from its current five.

Five years is just too short. In my opinion rape should be treated like murder with no statute of limitations.
