It is not that hard to lose weight. One cut out the soda. If you must drink them go to diet. Say if a person has five cans (12oz) of soda a day, that is 750 calories unneeded a day. Cut out that fries foods like french fries. Cut out the snacks of fatty foods. Instead go with veggies or something like yogurt. One hundred calories per serving, so less then that. It is what you put in your mouth that makes one fat. That and lying on the couch and not moving. This household ( two people) has seen a hundred pounds disappear with just this diet.

It's pretty hard to pull this off for someone working 60hrs a week. I have low blood sugar too. I can keep myself moderately active but if I cut out all soda and all fried foods, there's not much I can take to work that gives me that "filling" sense. I hate to be that guy with a gallon of lemonade and a big bag of rice cakes... It tuff for the workin man when there's so many easy quick options out there!

I disagree. I have had both high and low blood sugar. Orange Juice is one of the best to bring you out of low blood sugar. I found a egg does the same. Rice Cakes-- Yuck. Your diet does not have to be undesirable foods or foods that does not taste good. Each person has to find his or her diet. We did not stop eating at fast food places. In fact we eat there most of the time.(no fries). Myself, I prefer tea without sugar. Once you get use to it, it is hard to change. My other prefers diet cola. They said I was type 2 diabetic. This has disappeared after my weight lose. My cholesterol has drop from 247 to 160. The only problem that has not went away is I have blood pressure that is elevated, about 160 at the highest which is taken care of by medication. Hope you luck.

Being fat is costing us $billions dollar a year in healthcare. I was a good example of it.

Some people do not care. What business of it is yours if a person chooses to eat?

You know what else costs billions in healthcare bucks? Stupidity. I'm less concerned about someone's weight than I am their actions.

Cute, as always.
But not to worry. Childish retorts are your forte. As you have demonstrated many times over.

I do not choose what people eat but the government will soon if this keeps going on. I am sure that those anti smokers will jump on the bandwagon when they pass tax on fatty foods. No to mention restrictions of what you can buy and what size you can buy. NY has already banned 32oz drinks. If it is working with smoking I am sure you will have no problem when it starts working with what people eats.
