Marsh is fighting a civil lawsuit filed by his former company that he billed it for millions of dollars in improper personal expenses for which it was penalized by the Internal Revenue Service.

Marsh, who is married, also acknowledged he flew on the companys jet to visit mistresses in Tennessee and New York. He called the extramarital affairs regrettable.
Im sorry I did it, he said of his use of the company plane to fly one mistress from Tennessee to the Indianapolis 500.

He also said he couldnt remember if the board gave him approval to hire a chauffeur, who he said was paid about $90,000 a year for driving him around and also performing personal errands. www.IndyStar.com

Your right about the star subscription. I would never put a dime in their hands. About the story, this has been going on by several officers in the old Marsh board. I am close to this story. There is a reason that Don hired that $90,000 a year driver. His licenses was taken away for DWI and could not drive. Then he had a device on his car that he had to give a sample of his breath before the car would even start. He did have a way to get around the device.
