Where is the follow up on this? Its been over a month and no arrest? No Tox report back? He was where he was supposed to be. She was not. She had a DWI in October she had never been charged with. Why was she on the road. Why did she have a license? He has a 13 month old baby girl. He had a good job. He had a nice place for him and his fiance and baby to live. He was ONLY 19 and seems to be much more responsible than this 33 year old KILLER! Are the tox reports back? If not then why? If so, then what are the results? I am paralyzed with sadness and dont understand the slow slow so called justice system we have.

If you're talking about the June fatality on I65, the toxicology reports take months to return to police from the lab. And if its an OWI case, it could take much longer due to the hoops Indiana police have to jump through. One of the biggest businesses in Indiana is OWI litigation. |
