The IT and ITeS companies in Pune have really brought the properties in action to boom the construction industry. But I really feel that if the employees of the IT and ITeS companies have made major investment which allowed the builders to exploite the rates for the properties. I really feel if we can bring the rates of the properties to the peak then we should also be able to controll the rates. Being highly educated we are acting like and illetrate people by paying the builders price. We can bring the movement to controll the prices and be the smart investors.

Yes i do agree, i have also purchased the flat when the prices are in peak from Wadhwani Constructions by looking at the amenities and the location. But now i realized that my investment was total waste.Not because of the market down but because of the FRAUD builder, this builder is FRAUD don't purchase flats from this builder , the construction quality is really very poor and additionally this Wadhwani construction while booking a flat does a lot of commitments which he purposefully skips in the Agreement document and at the time of possesion you won't get the required amenities and you become helpless.So if you have already booked the flat then cancel the flat and if you really want to go then please get the written commitments from this builder in the Agreement and then proceed further.
