Every time an alcoholic supporter commits a murder on behalf of his party.Police immediately should arrest the leader of the party because it is his approval that drove that drunk to kill someone of the opposing parties. It is his responsibility how his party members behave so it is justified to leave the criminal and his partner in crime, the leader to languish in jail for the next 10 years waiting for the trial.
