Sanskrit, the classical language of ancient India, has a very elaborate grammatical structure. This man is unusual in many respects, not the least of which is that he managed to pass his Sanskrit exam and failed those in all the other subjects.

That man deserves a lot of credit just alone for perseverance. Even though he was not able to pass his exams, which simply may be due to psychological factors, he probably is a lot smarter, and wiser, in many ways than many of his peers. He was able to retain his self-respect and found a measure of happiness in life just the way he was. Can everybody say that about himself?

Seems a real problem to pass above your level of brain power. Some are born smart--others try but just don't make it. So how can the potter say to the clay (why did you make me this way ) We are what we are ?

At what point does determination become pointless insanity? I'd say the old fellow passed that moment about 20 tries back, at least.

I pray this man passes the exam. It means so much to him and would give him such peace and a sense of belonging and pride.

I have to give credit to the gentleman.......had he passed the test he may have had to endure the horror marriage can bring. On the bright side, I surely hope he has used his time as a single man wisely by chasing all he can!

"Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent."

— Calvin Coolidge

"Flaming enthusiasm, backed up by horse sense and persistence, is the quality that most frequently makes for success."

— Dale Carnegie

"Never give in, never give in, never, never, never, never—in nothing, great or small, large or petty—never give in except to convictions of honor and good sense."

— Winston Churchill

"Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time."

— Thomas Alva Edison

"A setback is an opportunity to begin again more intelligently."

— Henry Ford

— Richard Nixon

"Success seems to be connected with action. Successful people keep moving. They make mistakes, but they don’t quit."

— Conrad Hilton

God bless you, sir, for your patience and perseverence. It takes far more courage to keep trying than to give up. I will pray for you.

This is a sad state of affairs . If a person is that consistant and is the age of this person he should be given his high school diploma without hesitation . The testing agency that allows this type of humiliation to continue should be closed and all of its employees sent packing .

God BLESS this man for his persistance! I once completed in 1994 a correspondence course I started in 1959, so I can identify
with him. Try and try again!

He might be good on Jeff Foxworthy's Show.
So would Bush, when he has to look into the camera and say, "I may be the President of the United States, but I'm dumber than a fifth grader!"

Daily Horoscope for December 6

Sagittarius

You still prefer to be in a world of your own, in which nothing nasty is happening, but at least you're feeling a little more realistic than you were yesterday. It's a perfect day for visiting somewhere beautiful, peaceful or relaxing, or for going to the cinema or an art gallery. But it will be difficult to get up the energy for any prolonged Christmas shopping.
