I think is high time the state start thinking about putting these asylum seekers in detention camps as it is the case in UK and some other EU countries. Our human face seem to be causing us so much embarrasement from people we've provided save heaven.

How on earth will people that flee that their countries in difficult circumstances now be holding the Justice dept. to ransom because they want to live in a 5 star hotel!

At a time when we students are struggling to pay school fees because of Govt.cuts, they are requesting for transfer which will no doubt cost the govt. How many times has the govt shown that asylum seekers are more valued than we Irish citizen. Have we heard of any cut that affects asylum seeker. Let them keep playing with the govt. at our expense.

I was once an asylum seeker and I'm now regretting being part of an hunger strike because the hostel condition wasn't five star quality. The advice I want to give those on hunger strike is that they make the best of their time positively while in the hostel. It's a different ball game out here as you're on your own.

Are there no procedure for transfers? If there is one, they should be adviced to follow those procedure and not turn our country to a lawless state.
