kindly ignore the above threat. We are happy with the management of Dun Gibbons, therefore, we can not go on hunger strike.

this is unbelievable. the evil that men do live with them these days. i am writing as a concerned resident of dun gibbons inn, please these are all fabricated stories.these people should be brought for questioning by the honourable minister as the dept knows them. they are just two families that are requesting for transfer and not an issue regarding all residents.

How ungrateful people can be. Those group threatening to go on hunger stkike might as well threaten to go back to their country. I reckon that they are carrying their luck too far when you consider the number of jobless people in country who are struggling to have 3 square meal with their family. Enough is enough.

It high time the State review its policy on asylum seekers before they turn themselves into another monster that we the citizens should be scared of.

I agree with Brian,Sean and those residents that are not part of this bogus strike. If the news that they still collect food at the centre is anything to go by, then they should be thought a lesson to prevent any precedence.

I know that you can only go on hunger strike if you have food to eat. They should be thanking their stars that we feed, accommodate and train their kids in our schools (all free), otherwise they won't even think of hunger strike in the first instance. Their food portion should be sent people in real need.
