i am a loyal Vodafone Ireland employee for 12 years. I have never come across an organisation who could care less about there employees. We are expected to achieve very tough stats. Which we do. You certainly earn your money. I had been offered redundancy in Dec 2010. I refused this as i was happy working Vodafone. Now i am been faced that i will No longer work for Vodafone. I will be employed by Teleperformance 8 may. A simple transfer to a different juridiction newry. However i know you will say 30 minutes up the motorway. I Dont drive. I Dont want to live in the south and pay my taxes to the north. Be fair Vodafone. We want redundancy that should be what we are entitled too surely after 12 years of service!

"i am a loyal Vodafone Ireland employee "....Thats great but corporations care little about expendibles such as "human resources" as the sole purpose of business is profit margin.
We have a "privatised" government also so I would not see much point in placing any hope in them as they are directed not by the democratic electorate but by the non elected EU commission and IMF delegation.
Welcome to globalisation and it is about to get whole lot worse as western economies are reduced to trickle of low labour and consumption is shifted eastwards.
