I travel a lot all over the world. I find Thai Airways is not bad accept the service is very slow for boarding. They just take their time during boarding, otherwise the food is quite good and service is not bad. I find Qantas has the worst customer services.

Asmara air really a asmaradana airlines. The truth is they never fly, no aircraft, no licence and didn't paid staff salary for 6 mths! Promises given but at the end of the day they terminated all staff. This is true story..
All the staff suffered. Some of them left good position juz to join them which end up jobless with lots of debts.
