Immunization campaign cannot wait any longer!

A massive immunization pilot project using available vaccines from India, Korea and Vietnam could have been used in Haiti since late October, if PAHO/WHO did not take their "no vaccine recommendation/position on Cholera Vaccination in Haiti, on 27 October 2010. The Haitian Government was wrong not to challenge that position.

Research conducted since early November 2010 and conversations with the Institute International Vaccines indicated then 160,000 doses of cholera vaccines @$2/dose were available and could have been arranged for delivery within the following two weeks and 340,000 doses, within the next two months or so. It is only at the Washington D.C., 17 December 2010 PAHO' meeting that both PAHO and WHO stated that vaccines were available to start a pilot project. As they also know that Immunization is a preemptive approach to control the spread of the disease, immunization campaign cannot wait any longer!

May 2011, be the year of effective, genuine and prompt actions with Haitians for Haiti, with the help of, but not the control, of the international.

It's not our disgrace, they've received billions in aid over the past several years, but have squandered it. So much for another country ran by blacks.

I agree. How many billions of dollars are sunk in Haiti?? What happened to the money? When I see pictures of Haiti now, it still seems to me like NOTHING happened. Some Aholes have filled their pocket with the donations.
I am disgused by this BS.
After Haiti was a earthquake in Chile, worse than Haiti's. NO BODY donated or helped like with Haiti. Chile's earthquake barrely made it in the news.
I say: do not help haiti anymore!!! they have to help themselfs now!
