Oh but UI and CL&P were PREPARED for this storm! They learned their lessons from IRENE!

Yeah right. And now they will pass the costs on to us, the consumer.

The CEO of UI should take these people in and take care of them himself. THEN you'll see how fast they work to get the power returned to them!

What they should do is cut the power to the CEO's house until everyone has their power restored, that might give them some added incentive.
