Excellent Story! Right on the button. The world sends aid to Haiti, NGO's and govt officials drive around Haiti in $60,000 suv's and spending more on their personal expenses that what is actually allocated for the poor. The NGO's quit when the money runs low, leaving projects incomplete. They then turn around and blame Haiti for their failure. Why? This ensures the survival of their organization accountability by deflecting accountability. You at home in the US and Canada are only too happy to believe that Haiti is at fault. Like the good stupid sheep that we are.
