You must be mistaking him for Harry Ried.

The Ship was sinking and this is a last ditch effort, especially since he failed to act the Commander in Chief during the Libya fiasco where four died. He has been to the mic two times today and once yesterday for the storm, NOT ONCE TO EXPLAIN THE DEATHS of the four Americans.
Did you ever ask George Bush to explain the deaths of 4500 patriotic Americans?

I didn't think so.

Is Romney stupid? The RED CROSS does not want canned goods or diapers. They want cash. They will not be happy when Romney rolls in with a truck load of canned goods. He has been so busy calling FEMA and Republican Governors but he couldn't bother to call RED CROSS and asked them what they needed?
If Romney had ever donated to the RED CROSS in all his life, he would have known that! How can he be so uninformed about the biggest relief center in the world?
They won't be happy with a truck load of canned goods? Diapers? Seems to me that having them provided merely eliminated a step, the step of Red Cross volunteers having to procure those same goods themselves.
The Red Cross is not the be all and end all of disaster relief. We got hit with Sandy yesterday and last night...more people are without electric, running water and heat than those that still have it. Our community has several shelters, kichens and places people can go to shower or charge their phones and devices...we also have commnity drop off centers where people can go to get canned and other pre-prepared foods and these are not run by the Red Cross.
We had two major storms last year and some people were without power for longer than fourteen days in both instances. Many stores are closed, roads are blocked and those centers, usually run by local volunteers were extremely helpful to lots of citizens. I am sure they will be this time around, too.
The Red Cross, like the government, can't be everywhere at once.
For the record, the Romney campaign has been telling people who are calling to donate to his campaign to donate to a disaster relief organization instead to help the victims of Sandy. But you probably can't give him any credit for that, either.
Anybody making political hay out of this situation needs to have their damned head examined.

I haven't given a dime to the Red Cross since 9/11, when they collected tens of millions of dollars for the victims of 9/11, then sat on most of it.
I donate to the Salvation Army, all volunteer and almost everything they collect goes to help those in need. St. Judes Children's Hospital, local volunteer groups and we are currently checking up on veterans groups, particularly those that help the wounded warriors and their families.
Too many of these charities are scams, or they only donate a small percentage of what they collect (less than 10%).

Nope.

and
... Romney has repeatedly claimed in his first year of office, he “turned a $3 billion deficit into a nearly $1 billion surplus, without raising taxes.” However, that’s simply not true and neither is almost every statement his campaign has released about his gubernatorial record.

The reality is that Romney’s tenure as governor of Massachusetts was an economic disaster for the state. The biggest myth of all, perhaps, is that he didn’t raise taxes. The reality, however, is that Governor Romney passed a host of new tax and fee increases, hitting the corporate world hard and devastating job creation. As Peter Nicholas, chairman of Boston Science Corporation, stated,“tax rates on many corporations almost doubled because of legislation supported by Romney.”

The Cato Institute reported that in his first year as Governor, Romney “proposed $140 [million] in business tax hikes through the closing of ‘loopholes’ in the tax code.” But what Romney labeled as “closing loopholes” actually resulted in the doubling of tax rates for certain businesses. As Nicholas explains,“Romney’s tax policies were not helpful for many small businesses…when Romney took many IRS subchapter S businesses in Massachusetts and almost doubled their tax rates, it was an important disincentive to investment, growth and job creation.” As Joseph Crosby of the Council on State Taxation wrote,“Romney went further than any other governor in trying to wring money out of corporations.”

Romney also raised taxes on business again in 2004 and 2005, for a grand total of $309 million levied upon the corporate sector. He then signed a bill to allow local governments to increase taxes on business property, tried to raise taxes on hotels (but was stopped by the Democrat legislature!), joined a coalition lobbying congress to tax internet activity, and supported a tax on out-of- state commuters.

Nor did Romney fight the passage of higher rates on death taxes; indeed, when this issue came up in the legislature, his official position was “no position.” Now, there’s a profile in courage. Moreover, Governor Romney raised gas taxes two cents a gallon and also supported a federal gas tax hike. He also proposed an excise tax on SUVs and a new sales tax on all used cars.

Indeed, Romney failed to reduce any of the myriad taxes Massachusetts imposes on its citizens, even though the previous two Republican governors, William Weld and Paul Cellucci, were both able to reduce tax rates. As Governor Cellucci confirmed, Romney “did not have any broad-based tax cuts in his four years as Governor.” Indeed, while Romney raised over a hundred different fees and taxes, the two previous Republican governors signed more than 40 tax reduction bills, even though Democrats controlled the legislature.

(quote)
... Romney argued that he had left the state with a large budget surplus, after he cut hundreds of millions of dollars of programs....successor Governor Patrick said there would be a $1 billion deficit for fiscal 2008 if existing service levels were carried over into the next year's budget.... Patrick restored $384 million in the emergency budgetary authority spending cuts for fiscal 2007 that Romney had made. The budget for fiscal 2008 that Patrick submitted in February 2007 included $515 million in spending cuts and $295 million in new corporate taxes.[58] As it happened, fiscal 2007 ended with a $307.1 million deficit and fiscal 2008 ended with a $495.2 million deficit.

Romney "we didn’t just slow the rate of growth of our government, we actually cut it." However, by most measures, state government spending increased in Massachusetts during his governorship.

Seriously, can anyone name one good thing this guy's done for America?
I need not explain how he and his corrupt guttertrash Chicago mafia handlers have made everything worse. Simply look around with your own lying eyes for proof.
We need real jobs, not McWalmart jobs.
We also don't need the Obama Administration continuing on it's current path to oblivion without having to worry about re-election. This would be dangerous to our constitution's survival and our pocketbooks.
Romney is owned by the same international bankers as Obama destroying America from overseas.
However by hittig the reset button on the corrupt, power crazed, Obama administration it gives more Americans time to wake up to what is presently happening to America.
In some aspects Obama is right when he says ((("you didn't build/create that, government did.")))
Let's look at what this administration has created in 4 short years and imagine what he can do with 8:
-Socialist eugenics based health care (((Obamacare)))
-NDAA (((National Defense Authorization Act))) where Americans can now be disappeared without a jury
-Out of control (((Crony Capitalism))) where government picks winners and losers based on payouts -not the free market eg. Solyndra, GM, MF Global, Numerous Bank Bailouts, No Prosecution of criminal Banksters
-(((Skyrocketing Unemployment and Outsourcing)))-The idea that welfare checks/EBT cards are paychecks
-(((Fast and Furious))) and other suspected domestic false flags to argue for abolishing the 2nd ammendmant
- Massive (((TSA expansion))) onto America's streets and armed (((survellance drones/now blimps))) operating over US territory.
-(((UN control of U.S. military troops to invade))) Egypt, Syria, parts of Africa, etc. for offshore bankers aka Nazism
-(((Trickle Down Government))) The idea that nothing can be built without (((more government bureaucrats and global warming regulations/taxes))) getting in the way
-(((Throwing Israel -an important ally- under the bus))) by destabalizing all the county's around it but not offering them any assurances of protection
- A (((continuation of Bush's failed policies))), like not getting out of Iraq, Afghanastan, and no closing of Guantanamo torture camps
-(((Polaraized race relations))) eg. Disrespectful hadling of the Treyvon Martin family after his murder -opportunistic my son would have looked like Treyvon soundbite- and media staged racial infighting between Americans setting up for social conflict right before the 2012 election
-(((No Proof Obama supposedly got Osama)))) America was never really allowed to see the body/proof ; -)
-(((Defunding of NASA))) No exploration of the stars for the U.S., leave that to countries that are exceptional
-(((No Plan/ or Budget to Fix Anything going forward if he is re-elected )))-always says what you want to hear, then does the exact opposite hoping you''ll forget by the next speech -(((Sociopathic Liar)))
-(((Obamaphone)))-Massive expansion of this program for his dependant voting base
-(((Unlimited QE3 leading to hyperinflation/ monopoly money))) Dollar is rapidly losing purchasing power resulting in skyrocketing food and GAS PRICES (especially for "green gas" in CA)
-(((Needed a tainted Creepy Crawley moderator to hold his hand during the 2nd debate))) who helped him dodge hard questions he couldn't answer -(((weak affirmative action President)))
-(((Benghazi Gate)))???
- My favorite (((Legalizing the illegals))) temporarily until the election is over but not offering immigration reform
- The list goes on.
Is this change you can believe in? Is this what you really want another 4 years of?
As Donald Trump would say: Obama you're fired:
