Funny, teabaggers don't request on "offset" when it pertains to foreign aid or funding the DOD.

Foreign Aid needs to be curtailed(along with the State Department). DOD spending needs to be reviewed and all the pork barrel programs(supported by BOTH parties) need to be cut.

For 3 states you imbecile! Oklahoma has received disaster relief multiple times over the last 15 years alone!

Yet, they continue to rebuild in an area KNOWN for tornadoes, but keep ion living there. And never did any representative in NY, NJ, or CT vote against giving them what they needed, so STFU already!

Oklahoma - another leech state, paying far less in federal taxes than they receive in federal funding jack ass;

You talk like the damage of a tornado going through a small town in farm country is the same as a major hurricane hitting the most densely populated part of the Country. Maybe the Gov of OK should take a stand and turn down all Federal assistance.

Off topic non-reply to my comment.

Regardless.

You want fries with your 6%?

Texas has by far the largest number of employees working at or below the federal minimum wage ($7.25 per hour in 2010) compared to any state, according to a BLS report. In 2010, about 550,000 Texans were working at or below minimum wage, or about 9.5 percent of all workers paid by the hour in the state. Texas tied with Mississippi for the greatest percentage of minimum wage workers…From 2007 to 2010, the number of minimum wage workers in Texas rose from 221,000 to 550,000, an increase of nearly 150 percent.

Another off topic non-answer.

So, is that to get caught up with leap year?

We progress from July 3rd, right to July 5th?

I like it.

You asked for it, and you got it. Now you want to blame the Democrats for it. Hell, at the time they passed it you thought it was not tough enough. Of course you are one of those Rat Wingers who believes money is better spent subsidizing camping spots for RV buses in national parks then feeding hungry kids.
