So despite all the Speed and Drunk Driving campaigns we cannot reduce the amount of death's? Can we at least raise the speed limit?

The on-line conference agenda shows that there is a cash bar from 4:30 to 5:30 tonight. woo-hoo! No events after that. So you can't have a Safety Crash Seminar without alcohol available? Some might not be driving home legally intoxicated but might be impaired. Interesting!

Despite mandatory seat belt laws and texting "crackdowns" they can't make a dent??
Repeal those laws! The numbers don't lie. They don't make a difference.(No surprise, considering they are REVENUE initiatives for the state and not safety-related.)
