WORST service I have ever received in my life! No call backs, period! Lots of promises but I would be out of breath and up the river without a paddle if I was left to depend of The Montz Company! These people are SCAM-ARTISTS ONLY and the second they get paid, they are out of there!!!! Can you believe we had to call another air-conditioning person to come in who we not only liked his service more than the Zero-service Montz Company, but when I told him that the Montz Company told us we needed to call a "plumber" to service our air-conditioning unit 4 hours after Montz did his work, the guy just laughed and said he had heard of the Montz Company's air-conditioning business as well. Soooooo, customers BE-WARE........

This company, if you could call it one, is a SHAM! We have had nothing but trouble since they came into our home. We are expecting a new company as this is being typed, who will back-track what The Montz Company either did or did not do, regarding our air-conditioning system. I am typing this because we do not want any other family to be taken by this company. They are horrible, have no follow-up phone, and probably are out there trying to take on another retired family home. They have no character YET THEY ARE CHARACTERS!!!!!!!
