Frances Dyke is the Vice President of Finance and Administration for UO--she is the person responsible for this deceptive and unethical practice--inflating and hiding the actual cost of attending the university. I don't understand why Dave Frohnmayer doesn't show her the door and then charge her a fee for opening it.
