The state of Texas has 1254 miles of the 1900-mile-long border with Mexico. Why would they not get the largest share of the money? Napolitano was governor of Arizona from 2006 to 2009. During this time the Mexican drug runners and human trafficers set up an great system within her state. Texas was trying to do something in addition to building a fence. But Napolitano fought everything the fed tried to do for her state because of politics...period. The federal plan now is to protect all illegals who are already here and to make a big show on the border...just not enough to stop the traffic. It's all about politics, the American citizens do not matter...they don't want to protect us, they only want to control us.
