Ok, 21 previous arrests is quite enough. Can the Minnesota State Court system please get off its ass and take care of this jerk so he learns a lesson?

Kudos to the citizens! Wish more people would take action against the low life out there, maybe the world would be a little better place to live.

I agree with you. But the Minnesota court system is notorious for giving everyone a second, third, fourth, fifth chance in most cases. Go to California and pull this crap and off to prison this idiot would gone a long time ago.
