Rob Caldwell is busy getting his handbook out and re-reading how to be a minority official.
In the meantime, many of the female associates up and down the hallway are safe for the moment.
Rob is reviewing how to be a "minority" city official in the event the July 4th event by the City of Las Cruces is rained out.

With the death of the sexually robust and super volunteer Doug Rains, Caldwell earlier moved to the top of the list of officials with the quickest hands and fastest sexual come-on.
Let's all watch Caldwell during the July 4th event to gauge his abilities to switch identities.
