Pinnacle? What a bummer for former Mesaba. Those guys hate Pinnacle with a passion. Another proud long standing company down the toilet.

Trans sexual bought Compass for 20 million. The owner is a cheapo and he is now going to buy more companies from employee's salary and benefits.

Delta ("We wrote the book on customer abuse!") steals another $82.5 million. And will they decrease their exhorbitant air fares as a result of this influx of money? Nooooooo.

Next, they will prob tack on the bathroom use surcharge they talked about last month. Imagine that. They have you captive in their flying tin can for hours and have the gall to tell you that you need to pay them more money to use the bathroom.

"The proceeds from these transactions will be used by Delta for general corporate purposes."

I suppose Richard Anderson feels he's due a raise.

Trans Statem a company who operates on the cheap and makes excuses for its chief pilot failing to start second engine on final. What will a trash company like this do to Compass---cutting edge on pilot training and takes pride in attempting to change public opinion of regional carriers. Good job Delta you will get the crap you buy.

Sad. Very Sad. Mesaba has a great safety record now they are combined with the airline that killed everyone in Buffalo (Pinnacle owns Colgan too) and the airline that the pilots went to altitude on a joyride and flamed out both engines and killed themselves, and lets not forget the pilot and flight attendant caught running around naked in a park....a fine bunch. I am very sorry for Mesaba.

If you think their service sucks so much or are not willing to pay for any extra services, then don't buy a ticket from them.

Is it really that hard to figure out?

Steals $82.5 million? Presumably Pinnacle handed it over willingly in exchange for Mesaba. You might want to look up the definition of "steal" again.

Decrease their air fare?? So as a result of a one time influx of cash, they're supposed to alter long term revenue streams??? You failed economics didn't you?

Adding bathroom use surcharges?? My goodness they are following the lead the rest of the industry has proven they can get away with!! How outrageous!!

If you don't like their fees, don't fly with them. Simple.

Maybe they should quit and find a job they think is fair. It is a free country and they can choose not to work for anyone!
