In many ways, magayrs are not particularly well-suited in the long term to be a vibrant, knowledge-based capitalist economy that can continue to benefit from globalization, we hear daily.
Just the other day, our famous economist the one and only bacsi told us how these magayrs are going forward.
Now, do we see the opposite ?

Magayr dealings concerning Tokaj wines.
As of September 1st, magayrs registered their wines under the name of TOKAJ which is exactly as Slovaks.
What are you magayrs trying to do ?
Suddenly, from Tokaji borvidek to Tokaj, why this change ?

pesky,

you should something to understand: the Tokaji wine is a hungarian wine. This is so despite the Trianon, which splitted a small part of the region to Slovakia. So the slovakian tokaji is also a hungarian wine keep in mind.

You are an idiot as usual !
On Slovak soil, Tokaj is Slovak wine !
What you magayrs done, ran out to register the Slovak name TOKAJ, of course behind our back, I´d say, a typical magayr knavery again.

Thankx pesky :-)

but maybe you know, that TOKAJ is not a slovak word, it is a small town in hungary at the banks of the river Tisza. It is also the cantrea of the Tokaj wine region.

Here you go, a homepage in english:

Tokaji (Hungarian: of Tokaj) is the name of the wines from the region of Tokaj-Hegyalja in Hungary. The name Tokaji (which is of Protected Designation of Origin) is used for labeling wines from this wine district.
Tokaj wines is the name used from Slovakia !
Once again, you magayrs are getting your paprika heads kicked, very soon.

You can use instead: Tokajsky, Tokajske, Tokajska, which sounds very slovak, it is a good name, not confusing with the magyar one, and last but not least, you have language act, and should be conform with it :-)(silently whispering: LOL)

You have 3 nice slovak names, isn't it enough for you?
It sounds so slovak, and noone can mix the two wines, the slovak one and the magyar one.
And don't forget the language act, you cannot advertise the tokaj, since you will be fined in Slovakia.

pesky,

I don't speka slovak, but one of the name I suspect the tokajske is the same as tokaji in hungarian. And as you wote above it is in english "of Tokaj".

What is Tokaj then?

you can read it here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tokaj

but use the disambiguation if you want to read about the slovak part. The first sentence states, that your wine region, and the tokaj wine region was together before the Trianon, and formed one historical wine region in the Kingdom of Hungary.

Now who stole the name, the hungarians or the slovaks?

What is the problem again with the slovak names? If the wine quality is good, it cna be sold also under Tokasjky name, why not.

There has also been a long-running dispute between Hungary and Slovakia over the right to use the name Tokaj. Negotiations between the two governments resulted in an agreement being signed in June 2004. Under this agreement, wine produced on 5.65 km² of land in Slovakia is allowed to use the Tokajský/-á/-é label[3]. However, a number of practical issues remain. Slovakia has pledged to introduce the same standards enshrined in Hungarian wine laws since 1990, but it has not yet been decided who will monitor or enforce those laws

Why are you magayrs so thick ?
No wonder your puszta is declining.
Before Sept 1st Slovaks had TOKAJ written on our wines, read it slowly.
After Sept.1st you magayrs registered TOKAJ name exactly the same as Slovak ONE, do you follow me, so far ?
As for standards of the Tokaj wines, SLOVAKIAN standard, quality, taste was evaluated as better.
The way I see it, once again we see stupid magayrs are in disoblige.
It´s time, to see you in EU courts.
If it was, up to me, I´d close our borders.

pesky, I guess you sis not have the opportunity to read all the linked wikis above, or maybe you read it but didn't understand.

Look we will not ask Mr. Zwack to produce Becherowka instead of his Unicum, and we will also not ask a palinka brewery to use this trademark.

We are not in the old socialist ages, when the trademarks were copied without limits here!

I don´t give a f...whom you are asking !
It just shows us even closer about your magayr mentality again.
Whenever you magayrs are allowed to screw or hurt somebody you without any hesitation of consequences do it.
What trademark you had ?
ALL SLOVAK TOKAJ WINES have the f...name written on our bottles !
Anyway, we will see what comes out of this again,
You magayrs are nothing, but jive-asses !
Even in Gabcikovo dam, you jive-assed !

Ohh I see, and you are not happy, that we wanted to give a nice sounding slovak name Tokajska, Tokajsky and so on, instead of the f... one.
According the language law what does it cost to use a f... name once there's a slovak one, or at least it should be used on the bottle with the same sice of characters am I right ???

You magayrs wanted to screw us only, but as I said, wait and see, just like Slovak language law, sniveling all around Europe, even went to US, brought in some half magayr senator, but nothing was achieved, perhaps, more EU people found out about your knavish characters.

I'm just wondering here, that you maybe forget the new EU energy agency, you know in Ljubljana... Maybe Mr. Solyom can also make a visit there.

Laszlo should come to dismantle stefan statue first.
We might even allow him to cross our border.
Just seen on TV, Slovak language law was fully approved by OECD.
Therefore, no changes are contemplated.
