pesky,

I did not read it yet. But I read 1-2 paragraphs.
What I read corresponds to the bitter fact that Hungary is at the rank 46-47 on the corruption list, while it could be better.

As Wolfenstein made his summary Slovakia is well behind Hungary regarding this matter, so you can imagine about the situation there. But I can help you with a magic word: Slota :-)

One more help (sorry for the others, it is offtopic there, since it is about Slovakia, but I think pesky deserves extra attention :-))))))))

esp. like this part:

Mr Harabin has denounced Slovakia’s special anti-corruption court—which has highly paid, security-vetted judges—as a “fascist institution”. The court has now been suspended and replaced by a weaker substitute. High-profile corruption cases, many of which have roots in the 1990s, are at risk of fizzling out.

Clever, innovative, grat for it :-)

The only thing is, that may I ask you where you read this, could you drop a link? The other sorrowful fact is that, as you could see this was not one statistics of one year, but Wolfy helped us to see clear, that the situation was the same in 2008, Slovakia was always behind us.

?????
It is not a question of an agreement, but the article states the ranks of the two countries. And the facts are stubborn things you know.

But I can agree that if we read the list from the end (in other words, the most corrupt country) then Slovakia comes first then Hungary.

Is it good for you so?
