Always count on the good old US to build more prisons. Locally and abroad. The justice system in Haiti is on the short list for the world's most corrupt. They need better judges not new prisons.

No money for houses for the poor. For some in Haiti the shelter of a prison will be a step up. Shame on the international indian givers, no disrespect to real indians.

Why only 2 new prisons? At only 5 mil. each lets build 4. China will loan us the $ and our children & g/ children can pay it back.

Are! Guantanamo Mk2 and 3??

Whatever happened to Innocent until proven guilty and due process? But! Not the modern American way! Facism and the police state rules. Under Isreali control.
