Highest birthrate in the Western Hemisphere at approx 6 babies per woman. Hatians need to learn to help themselves first.

Your another stimulated brain of demonic capitalist christian democracy with magnetic disambiguation on the failure of Haiti. It takes a different, more powerful man, a Fidel of yesterday, to make that demonic armor disappear from its people, so they can see the naked truth.

Yep, sending food to Haiti will do nothing. They will eat the food, and make another baby, then complain that they dont have anything to eat while sitting around doing nothing.

I personally will never send anything to Haiti until they learn to help themselves and stop breeding. A few years ago several aid groups sent enough seeds to plant crops to feed the whole country, and the tools needed to garden / farm. The stupid Haitians ate the seeds and complained that they had nothing more to eat... These people are taking up space in my opinion. Usless and helpless. You cant help these people who wolnt help themselves.

At least Cubans will work. They will also do anything that they need to in order to get by (illegal or legal though). Give starving cubans Seeds for food, and they will plant them thus eliminating the need for food aid... unlike Haitians.

No one is ever suprised by storys involving the lack of any ability of black people to do anything for themselves other than holding their hand out and complaining.

Haiti is oldest, self governing nation in the world primarily composed of black people.

The have had over 200 years of self rule to figure it out and they haven't. Do you think that any amount of aid will fix it?

The true heart of the matter is a criminal goverment that is loaded with greed. It is a true waste of time to send aid when that aid will never got to anyone there who really needs it. Since Poppa Doc left that country, like Iraq, it has gone down the toilet..when you have 99% of a country unable to read or write only a firm hand can keep control and rule. Gone are the days when Club Med brought tourists in...

That country is kept in a third world status so that the wealthy around it can use that status to pay less import taxes on good that they pass through their port and to steal aid funds from around the world that can be re-routed to bank accounts elsewhere..

To throw money and aid into that country is like trying to reach a bottomless pit..leave it alone...

The Haitian people have cut down every tree in the country causing soil erosion and uncontrolable flash flooding. They breed like vermin, causing perpetual starvation. They lack morality and ethics, causing lawlessness and anarchy. Their leaders are thieves and they believe that others should support them. Until the Haitians help themselves the rest of the world should allow them to sink into oblivion. We need to help our own in Texas and Louisianna, the hell with Haiti.

Why don't they just go back? And why is this a headline story? The slantinel mentions nothing about all the ILLEGAL haitian wetbacks that have come here and ruined our state. Haitians care about nothing but themselves and refuse to think even one day ahead. They are rude, lazy, ignorant, criminal, stinky thieves who destroy every area they move into and turn it into a slum. Within 10 years, if our government continues to turn a blind eye towards illegal haitians flocking here and stealing our jobs, this state will look like haiti does now - a third world cesspool of filth. SAVE OUR STATE - DEPORT ALL HAITIANS NOW!!!

If you can't feed them, don't breed them. That works too.

Bottom line, we got our own problems in the U.S., like all the damage that Ike caused.

Haiti is probably the worse of the 3rd world $hitholes, primarily because the people are worthless and they over breed like rabbits. The best thing to do is just cut them off from any aid, and let them die off. Maybe in 50 years or so, we can export our own prison population to Haiti to repopulate the place.

Meanwhile, Homeland Security should be outfitting every willing boat owner in Florida with machine guns and rocket launchers to keep cubans and haitians out of our country.

I deplore the way the US treats the poor Haitians. They bad mouth them and don't send any real aid. I would send in a team of educated people to take over the country. Then tough love would follow. If you want to eat you will work. Start by helping yourselves. Stop the crying. Start fixing the country. Then when real progress is being made I will declare myself president for life.
The country can probably be fixed but it will take someone like me to fix it. A man of vision and foresight.

Fidel equaling Freedom??? LMAOROFL. Have you been into the mushrooms again??? The Haitians are their own worst enemies. The Dominican Republic on the same freaking island had no such problems, WHY??? The Haitian side of the island would appear to have the combined IQ of a garden lug, What gives???

LMAO you may have something there. Let Nobama work his way up the leadership ladder. Letting him govern Haiti would be an excellent idea. Does Nobama speak Creole

There's no accounting for taste. I happen to be one of the best educated and probably the most perfect male specimen that has ever ruled a country such as mine. I wear the beret because I can.
