How sad for these poor people. They never had much to begin with, now they have nothing, not even a government to help them.

But as some will say the Haitian government is run by the Haitian people. Therefore I don't see how to insult one without essentially insulting the other. But perhaps a lot of Haitians don't see it that way and really believe there's a differentiation.
