Fall rains bring havoc to Haiti

The rain has tapered off and floodwaters no longer claw at houses, but the situation across much of Haiti remained grim on Tuesday following an autumn of punishing rains that have killed scores of people and that threaten to cause even more hunger across the impoverished nation.

So my question is what happened to all those MILLIONS of dollars that people donated after the Haiti earthquake?
The whole country could have been rebuilt by now with all the money it received.
A *giant* sized mall can be built in less than 6 months so how come their housing hasn't been rebuilt yet?
Of course the main stream media is NOT reporting anything about the money, only more sob stories about the Haitian people.
I feel bad for the people that are suffering, but I am NOT sending any more money over there.!!!
