This is very sad but predictable. Croatia has had long problems with hooliganism. Unfortunately, too many excuses have been made to protect those who disgrace Croatia. Croatia must get tough with hooligans like England did in the 80s if it is to compete on the world stage and show the brilliance of its sports people.
