I think the "Home Address", in Sugarland Texas, of
Quanell X should be posted on the internet and all blogs, for all to see.

How does this big mouth goon afford this home?

He is a big part of the problems not the solving.

Some people may want to stomp around in his front yard and demonstrate.

Quick update: heard from SnowWhite, but am trying to determine if the person who emailed me is REALLY Snowy and not someone trying to fool us. I know: I sound silly.

Hey...it's me! Really and truly Snow White. I totally understand the need to be cautious!

Did you guys know I'm going on 5 months without E! Yay! Still not off the antihistamine yet. I had another set back...not totally E related. My back muscles went into spasm and weren't supporting my spine so I was having major 24/7 pain for the last two weeks. I got x-rays and they found minor degenrative disc disease in my spine. UGH. The docotor thinks with weight loss (the weight I gained from being on stupid E) and more exercise (which I wasn't doing because I was depressed from gaining weight on E) that I should be ok. I went to Massage Therapy to get the muscles out of spasm and will start Physiotherapy on Monday. I sure hope it works and I can have the motivation to keep excercising at home!

Ouch Snowy, you poor thing! Glad to hear you are getting help for those muscle spasms. I have the degenerative disc thing too in my neck. Had two vertebrae removed and neck fused together a few years back. Went through the physio and muscle relaxants and am doing pretty good now. I know that as I get older Iíll have pain again. Thatís life.

Weight loss, even a few pounds, can improve so many parts of your health. I did Weight Watchers in 2000 and lost 30 lbs. Gained back only 10 since then. Before the weight loss my lower back used to ďblow outĒ a couple times a year but now it is very rare. Thank God.

Here are a couple rules I live by. 1. Never take an elevator if itís less than 4 flights of stairs. 2. Donít look for the closest parking spot. 3. Drink water instead of soda! 4. Always remember that a kidís meal is more than enough food for a grown woman. Works for me! Good luck darlin.

Are you sure? Are you REALLY sure? Howdy, who knows all, would say that it was definitely Effexor that caused your back problems.

(hee hee)

Glad you're here.

Good rules to keep in mind, Nance.

With regard to soda: one of my granddaughters has kidney damage (from birth) and her nephrologist told her that one of the worst things you can drink is soda, and not necessarily because of all the sodium and sugar in it. The dyes they use in sodas is very hard for the kidneys to process and makes them work overtime to clear. My granddaughter is now allowed to drink only clear (water-colored) sodas like 7-UP.

I have a boatload of worthless information floating around in my brain. Just ask me.

Excellent suggestions Nancy!! Thanks! I feel much more hopeful about my condition than I did before.

My Mom goes to Weight Watchers and Curves. I think I might join her. She is 57 and looks fabulous (at least 40 lbs thinner than me!).

Your bad LIVER caused your bad back which in turn is going to give you protrusions on your big toe. I heard from a reliable source that those are caused by Effexor!
