I don't know who Sam the Super Cop is but I do know Matt Wingo. I met him briefly when a friend of mine (also a cop)was killed in a bait store hold-up in Northeast Harris County. As a paramedic in that area for 14 years, I came to know a lot of officers and detectives. I never heard anything but good comments about Mr. Wingo and his abilities.

Nemesis I know a 22 cal long rifle bullit was collected from one of the victims in the killing field (Jane Doe).
Of course that is public information I realize that but I can promise you I do know details only the killer would know.
Trust me nemesis and now answear my questions.
To contact me e-mail Breck Porter Galveston Police News. He can forward any e-mails to me.
You must give me specific details of the murders Nemesis before I will contact you.
I don't have time for idiots!!!!
If you would really like to know if I'm a real cop ask Tim Miller.
I lived in North East Texas in the seventies and eighties.
Sam the super cop wrote:
According to Matt Wingo the victims were shot with a 22 cal.
Matt was wondering where I got this information lol.
So now we have victims in Brazoria County and victims in the killing field shot with the same caliber weapon.
Is that correct Matt?
Thank you very much for revealing that information.
I read all of this in the above url kandy posted for chat.

Which victims were shot with a .22 caliber ??
Sam the super cop

One of the Jane Doe's located in the killing field was shot with a 22.
The bullet's ballistics (barrell grove markings) were destroyed when the victims body was placed in a acid vat to remove soft tissue.
The acid ate away the bullets grove markings it appeared to be a 22 cal. Soft tissue is sometimes removed from badly decomposed bodies in order to assess the bones for injuries and old injuries like in Jane Doe's case.
Matt advised victims found in Brazoria County were shot with a 22 I didn't know that.
The body should have been x-rayed prior to being placed in the acid vat to see if any bullets were in the body.
Hopefully they have the bullets from Brazoria County victims.
These bullets should be entered into the state crime lab and ATF data banks for compariosn.
They should be able to determine type and make of weapon and compare with other bullets in that classification to see if it has been involved in other crimes.

Matt just because the article stated he had been charge with the murder of Allison Craven doesn't mean he was convited for it.
Harris County District Clerks Office should have that information.
Since you live down there why don't you obtain those records if they exzist.
I would like to see all the old evidence exspecially bullets re-examined.
Clothing and cords used to bind victims checked for dna and any trace evidence.
Most important the Texas Ranger Cold Case Unit should be investigating these homicides.
Too many murders in too many different jurisdictions and agencies not sharing information.
I know they tried that in the nineties with the FBI but agencies still wouldn't share information.

A Texas man has spent 20 years in prison for the murder of two teen-age girls despite a federal judge's ruling that his confession was illegally coerced by a small-town police chief who intimidated inmates with Russian roulette and who later was imprisoned for a series of bank robberies.

Michael Lloyd Self, now 43, came within days of gaining his freedom from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice last year. But the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that wrongfully coerced confessions did not override other compelling evidence in the case.

POLICE QUESTION ESCAPED MENTAL PATIENT IN TEEN SLAYINGS

Galveston Tex.(UPI) Police questioned an escaped mental patient Wednesday in the sex slayings of six teen-age girls in the Gulf Coast area during the past year.

"He has admitted in a diary kept on looseleaf paper," said Galveston County sheriff's Sgt. Rufus Ferrino. "The diary lists ages, times, dates, races and specific details of murders of young teen-age girls."

Ferrino escaped in January from the state mental hospital in Austin and was picked up earlier this week when officers found a woman's purse stuffed with pages from the diary in the suspect's old residence.

"In these letters to himself, he describes everything in detail-- the type of panties the girls wore, where he picked them up, things like that," Ferrino said, "But we don't know yet what we've got here."

"Some of the stuff he could have gotten out of the newspapers, but some of the details were never released and he has them written down. This made us real suspicious."

Ferrino said the suspect from Port Arthur Texas had given some strong reactions on different questions asked during lie detector tests, but that the Sheriff's department was waiting on a psychiatrist's report before filing any charges.

Ferrino said the diary listed details of the slayings of Maria Andrews Johnson, 15, and Debbie Ackerman, also 15, both of Galveston, whose bodies were found November 18, 1971, floating in Turner's Bayou with their hands tied behind them. Both were partially nude and both were shot in the head.

Very good reporter.
So now we have people being arrested for the murder of Alison Craven, Colette Wilson and Gloria Gonzales.
It was obvious to me Wilson and Gonzales were connected.
Now we it know it wasn't Sam the super cop lol.
As you know Matt Wingo and Dr. Cecil Wingo came on this site and accused me of being a sexually sadistic serial killer.
That's why they call me Super cop.
You can undertsnad REPORTER why I may have been a little upset.
I blame this mis-information on the media reporter.
Why did they not know about these arrest?
I assess my cases through media reports and local contacts.
WHAT ELSE CAN YOU TELL ME REPORTER?

So we have 3 killers.
Self who claims he was not guilty and that a confession was beat out of him.
Suffin who claims a confession was a result of judicial coercion.
Now Lantham who was killed by the police.
These cases should be closed reporter. I would like to see the case file that can be obtained under the freedoms of information act since the cases are closed.
I want to see what kind of evidence they had on these men.
I want to see if their confessions match the crime scene evidence.

OUTSTANDING KANDY!!!!!!!!!

That covers most of the cases in the early seventies and as you can well see we had two serial killers working at the same time.
If that nut case knew the color and type panties the victims were wearing that's good enough for me.
Only the killer would know that type of information.
Like you I would like to know who this person is and he doesn't sound like Bell.
This information is stronger than the information Bell confessed too in his letter to the Galveston County DA.
Bell didn't know what type of panties and that's the type of information I'm looking for.
What else can you give me Kandy.

Bell describes in detail where he shot Debbie and Maria.
He describes the caliber of weapon used and how they were tied up.
Could he have read that information from news paper reports?
Bell did not describe the type of panties or how he picked them up.
Debbie and Maria were last seen getting into a white ford van.
Bell drove a white ford van we can confirm that.
But I must adnmitt the information we have on Bell is not as strong as color and type of panties the victims were wearing.
That is rock solid information only the killer would know and that would result in a conviction if that information was detailed and correct.
This is type of information I need to accurately assess murder cases.
Thanks Kandy & Reporter.
