The sad thing is the presumed 'fire proofing' they and their supporters will claim because of race. How can a person that shows a bloodline seven generations back to enslaved persons ever be accused of criminal activities? That kind of rationale allows a magic shield against any accusation, because the self-riteous defense would be to attack the accusers as 'racist', no matter how guilty the person is. If that doesn't work, just break out a protest or a riot! What an insult to those that work hard at doing the right thing!

They've been using this tatic to commit their UNethical activity/s all of these years, and now its catching up to them. Oh well too bad. My advise to them would be is to "NOT preach what you CAN NOT practice."
