When Rabbi Aaron Katz walks the streets of Warsaw's former Jewish quarter, scenes of that lost world fill his imagination: Families headed to synagogue, women in their kitchens cooking Sabbath meals, his father as a boy with the sidecurls of an Orthodox Jew.

We must realize the truth: The Lord very clearly and very forcefully condemns homosexuality and declares it a terrible perversion that extremely severely destroys a human being.

This Divine instruction for all humanity, published in the original Bible carried by the Jewish People, was accepted and taught by all religions.

THIS MR. AARON KATZ, CALLING HIMSELF A (reform) "GAY RABBI," IS A HORRIFIC DISGRACE TO HIMSELF AND TO HIS WHOLE JEWISH PEOPLE!!

That he does his public gay thingy in Poland, is certainly that much more of a disgrace! Poland is a religious and conservative country where most of the people are fervently opposed to this homosexual garbage! Lord Forbid, it can give them a big reason to hate Jews: "Aw, you see! These damn Jews are a bunch of filthy f---!!"

This is extremely sad, for, of course, the truth is the exact opposite: Judaism is vehemently AGAINST homosexuality!

May The Lord guide Mr. Katz to contemplate on and to return to the high ethical/moral standards of his true Jewish religion!

In the end, this is a story about Poland and how Jews want to go back as they have never been as happy anywhere as they were in Poland for nearly a thousand years.

This current media fad for homosexuality is one of those American hollywood episodes which has been fanned around the planet, largely by the Jewish film producers and gay pride promoters.

In Poland most don't give a fly fig for homosexuality and it's ultimately destructive ways - even though it is well tolerated and there is an active gay scene. If a Rabbi comes to Poland he will soon be brought up to speed in the Polish way. That is a tolerant lifestyle which above all else respects the traditional family and bows before God. If he wishes to be a homosexual, and even if he wishes to live a life akin to mock husband with mock husband, he'll find much within Polish society to approve of and be happy in. However, he will learn to keep his private life behind closed doors, he will learn discretion, and he will learn humility.

The fact that he managed to have 5 children with his wife, and then decided to leave them - youngest age 16 - will not sit well with the Poles.

There are only 5 maybe 10,000 Jews in Poland. I would imagine many are quite elderly and orthodox in their views. They are not likely to go for this brand of Judaism. As for young Polish Catholics who may wish to convert to Judaism ... perhaps Katz is not the best role model.

Poland sets high standards on it's religious leaders. In this case they don't appear to have been met.

As Jesus said, there are many who call themselves Jews but are not. This being an example of such.

Not very sharp, are ya, Sparky. If Aaron is going to be the Rabbi for a Reform Temple in Warsaw, it means that he was hired by the Board of the Temple and that they chose him to be their Rabbi, knowing full well that he is openly gay and in a marriage with another man.

Although he has decided to affiliate with the Reform Movement, he is both observant and learned. I have studied Talmud with him. His family situation is no one's business but their own, and certainly not the business of a gaggle of squacking geese of the Internet.

I'm afraid it is you who is none to bright thinking this is just a Jewish issue, in your typically semitic way.

Like I said at the start and end of my piece, this is above all else a Polish issue. We do not accept religious leader who are slack morally as that is then spread to the young. I am pleased that he is 'technically' capable - however I disagree that the private life of such a person is of no interest. In a religious leader it is even more important than with politicians.

Politics is crumbling because of a complete absence of moral fibre. If religion is effected in the same way, we reach a level of social disintegration from which it is difficult to recover. Poland is a country which so far has preserved a high moral standard through the work of the Catholic church. That is the society Katz wants to enter, he will be welcomed only if he keeps his private life to himself and maintains the hishest level of public decency and discretion, especially when dealing with Polish.

As long as that is clear, I'm sure all in Poland wish him well.

Thanks for showing your true anti-semitic colors. We've got your number now.

While I am Jewish, I am also of half Polish ancestry, unless you're going to claim that Polish Jews are not real Poles.

Why are you saying he is "showing true anti-semitic colors"? What did he say that was anti-semitic?

Btw, if I was not clear I am Jewish on both sides of my family, my father's family came from Poland, my mother's from Hungary. My point being that I'm not going tolet some anonymous poster tell me that I'm not Polish, just because I am also Jewish.

Do you really not see his anti-semitism?

The Orthodox Movement may think that they speak for all of us, but they don't. They're actually a small minority, even in Israel.

If you can arrive at the conclusion from my piece that I'm racist then you've greater feelings of inferiority than I can repair. Illogical, off topic and quite frankly very USA-Jewish. You're very brainwashed puppies over there. Let's hope that victim mentality doesn't stray into Poland.

Boy, you really have sequencing problems.

Can you not conceive that by stating this is a Polish problem I am being inclusive in that this problem effect all Poles whether they are Catholics, Jews, Muslims or areligious?

Whereas your attitude is all about Jews, Jews and Jews. And let me point out one little characteristic of yours, in 50% of your posts you'll finish of by saying ...blah, blah, blah showing your Xtian spite ..etc.

Now did I accuse you of being anti-Christian? No. Why ... because I don't give a flying fig about whether your pro or anti-Christian, I just judge you on your (usually lack of) argument.

And so when lacking a argument to fight your case, like all American Jews trained up by Abe Foxman and the rest of the politically correct gliteratti you try to suppress discussion by resorting to the old straw man name call of 'anti-semitism'.

Do you honestly think I don't see a) thru you, and b) give a fuck about being called anti-semitic?

You have no arguments man. If you Katz is as weak as you then he wont last 5 mins in Poland.

Are you really stupid enough to believe the junk you post? Obviously the mebers of the Warsaw congregation that hired Rabbi Katz didn't have you homophobic problems. And as for me being a disciple of Abe Foxman, well, you don't know how idiotic a statement like that is.

You want to blame me for your blatent racism. Pity you haven't got the half a brain necessary to see through your BS.

Homophobic, anti-semitic, moronic, ADL hater ... all typical straw men used by Foxman's kith and kin to augment defences when the argument has been lost. If the cap fits, wear it.

I just wonder how aware the congregation were of Katz's tendencies? Or his matchmaker reputation. I certainly wouldn't send one of my kids to him for education.

I think you maybe missing the point here.

In your post number 5 you basically talk about how the decision making behind the installation of this new rabbi is basically just among Jews.

The guy you accuse of being "anti-semitic" is only saying that the greater Polish population should also have a say in this decision making process, SINCE it is their country the rabbi is coming into afterall.
