Sounds Greattttttt. Sounds like a viable plan.

I am all for nutritional eating as much as possible. It is after all way more beneficial then all the current drugs on the market. Just look at all the litigation attached to these drugs. Do not see much related to quality food.

There is no health concern currently that can't be dealt with nutritionally. I firmly believe there is a natural solution for everything.

After much research and (9) years later, I am experiencing the best health of my life. Wish I would of started in grammar school. This sounds like a terrific terrific program for kids.

Stay with it and show stick-to-itiveness’

Just keep in mind, nutritional eating plan depends on age, gender, medical history and current issues. It is like threading the needle but well worth the effort.

Finding YOUR super foods” can be fun.

More upon request.

Sadly enough MSN reports that almost (30) youngsters have perished as a result of the flu infection already this season.

This a very sad happening and easily preventable.

It was would be wise to learn all of those vegetables that support immune health and are considered anti viral and anti bacterial.

The eating of plenty of these type vegetables should go a long way during cold and flu season in preventing such illness.

Good luck in all your endeavors on this project.

Learn to avoid those foods which break down the immune system as well.

To: Racy, Clueless and Nuts, thanks for the support.

It seems your like the Movie,

The Three Stooges (currently on HBO) with you ridiculous analysis.

Words to the wise should be sufficient.

We'll see, whose going to have the last laugh,

thinking pills are better than food is remarkably beyond clueless.

It would be wise to recognize the fact that as we age, the fruits and vegetables we do eat as men and women should be different. What's good for the geece is NOT necessarily good for the gander.

God was quite right informing Adam not to eat the Apple. Apples are NOT good for men as they age. They increase estrogen and thus reduce testosterone.

We need a diet based on age, gender and current health concerns. Drugs are garbage, the close one door and open several others of which I am certain.

The Lord always has it right. T.G.
