my summer garden was a disaster (weather) but now there are turnips, kale mustard,cabbage, beets,garlic,and collards growing well in it,SOOO Never give up frost improves the taste of the late foods

I had some pretty good tomatoes, not great, but ok, and peppers. Just four raised beds, now with kale, leeks, carrots, peas and some lettuce. Hoping my asparagus and artichoke will be producing next year.
Do you use a cold frame? I've gotta try turnips, mustard and collards.
