Billerica man not ready to bury compost plan

ahh yeah it's a park not to be used for a business! but then again this is billerica, Home to prisons,asbestos dumps, toxic waste superfund sights, a former county landfill, a rendering plant, we have homes built in industrial parks we even have a house that was built in the cemetary, and just about any other vile type of eyesore, the builder of the recycling plant only need say he is going to build sec8 cluster housing and he'll be good to go!

No wonder the rejected a Home Depot. It would have been too fancy for the town!
