How is it legal to keep arrest reports confidential?

He has nothing to worry about. The judges in the Charlottesville area would have given Bin Laden, Charles Manson and John Wilkes Booth another chance.

I like the idea of deporting the local fruitcakes back to where they came from. It's a lot cheaper in the long run than letting the ditsy Charlottesville judges keep them in the public defender revolving door.

Umm. the continuing saga of Halfaday continues to amuse us, but oh NBC29, please tell us how he can be sent to Illinois. Please add to this article so we can understand the whole story. Thank you.

Very old news. Read the plethora of articles from earlier in the year.

"Following a defense request on Thursday to suspend jail-time all together, the judge ruled that Halfaday will stay in jail for four months.

At the end of that time, he can then file to move his probation to Illinois. Halfaday has family in Illinois and will most likely move, and have his parole transferred, there upon completion of his jail time."
