I certainly hope that not only will the kennels be cleaned, but that some kind of flooring will be installed in the kennels so that the animals are not forced to stay on the cold cement. Some form of heat needs to be provided also. The place is either cold or hot, depending on the season. Miserable condition!!

""Herren said construction on the San Joaquin Extension Slide Repair Project is complete. The project will continue with the installation of a concrete wall and the planting of hydro-seed (grass) to stabilize the hillside. Culvert repairs also need to be finished.""

So the project is complete....?....except for the drainage and the prevention of another slide needs to be done...?....Finished?
Guess that's like, it's called "horse-trading" in Congress, but "bribery" in the public? Or, dinners ready but I have to cook it first?
